Return Policy

Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by an original sales receipt or with a successful receipt lookup. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. For online orders, the window for returns and exchanges will be determined by the delivery date of the shipped items. All product related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days from the ship date.

Items must be returned in like-new condition. Returns should be made in the original packaging and materials, when possible. A 5% restocking fee applies to all orders delivered by freight shipping. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
