A major renovation of the property included pool updates, built-in grill area. outdoor shower and a cottage addition that matches the existing style of this 1900’s home. The planting beds were redone to accommodate shade loving plants and plants that match the french country style of the home.

The front yard of this custom home was all asphalt until we came in with a unique solution for the front yard. A parking strip remains at the street and connects to the existing front porch though several levels of steel, gravel and concrete patios. Native plants soften the edges while landscape lighting makes the path clear on the darkest of nights.
Drainage dilemma becomes a lush garden.
We created a garden oasis in the back yard of this garden lovers’ home. What was previously a drainage nightmare has become a lushly landscaped corner of the yard with a dry creek bed, seating area and multiple layers of flowering plants.
Front yard softened with native plants and boulder accents.
Working within the limits of the Home Owners Association guidelines we were able to create a unique front entry for this home in Circle C. Moss boulders and river rocks break up the planting areas and provide a backdrop for sedums and agaves.

This landscape design created a private courtyard for the backyard while giving the front yard a soft edge for the foundation. Design elements include a water feature, landscape lighting, container plantings, and a custom steel and saw cut stone patio.
